How to earn rewards — 4 simple steps
Scan the QR code
Look for the Stackd QR code at the counter. Scan it with your phone camera — no app needed. It opens instantly in your browser.
Enter your contact detail
Type your mobile number or email address. First time? Enter your name and you're registered in seconds.
Get the PIN from the cashier
Ask the person serving you for today's PIN. It's a 4-digit number that changes regularly for your security.
Enter the PIN on your phone
Type the PIN and submit. Your stamp or points are awarded instantly. Done!
Two types of loyalty reward
Stamp card
Each visit earns 1 stamp. Collect enough stamps and you earn a reward — like a free coffee or a discount.

Points
Earn points based on how much you spend. Accumulate points and redeem them for rewards whenever you like.

Common questions
Do I need to download an app?
No. Everything works in your phone's browser. Just scan the QR code and you're in.
How do I check my balance?
Your balance is shown every time you check in and enter a PIN. After a successful transaction you'll see your current stamp count or points balance.
What is the PIN for?
The PIN proves you were physically present at the business for this transaction. The cashier generates a fresh PIN for each transaction — it's valid for 90 seconds and can only be used once.
Can someone else use my number to earn on my account?
The PIN is the security check. Without the PIN (which only the cashier generates), no stamps or points can be earned. You should never share a PIN.
My stamps seem incorrect — what do I do?
Speak to the business owner or manager. They can view your transaction history and correct any errors.
Where are my rewards?
Stamp rewards are triggered automatically by the cashier when you reach the threshold. Points rewards can be redeemed by asking the cashier to process a redemption for you.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. Your contact details are stored securely and only used to identify your loyalty account. The business sees only a masked version of your contact detail (e.g. j***@example.com).
